Hilarious in it’s absurdness :)… Very well then:

Sweet Baked Garlic

I encourage you to try this if you’ve never had a chance before. It is very fast, easy & delicious. After baking the garlic becomes soft, sweet and the taste becomes quite delicate.


Ingredients: 1 full garlic (I used a french rose garlic)

The magic: Bake in 190C for about 20min, until soft.


Tips and tricks:

Tastes great spread on a fresh baguette, with butter or olive oil. You can also season it with a bit of salt.
