Probably, the best ones you ever had. And so did I..

Ingredients:
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Half a glass of dry white wine
  • 300g tiger shrimps
  • Creme fraiche 18%, 250g

The Magic:

Glaze the shallot on olive oil mixed with butter. Fry the shrimps(both sides) for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Add wine and cook until it evaporates. Add salt, pepper and creme fraiche. Cook for 1min and you’re good to go!

Tip:
Will taste even better with some good white wine, for example Silvaner.
